Stagecoach 2027 Transportation from Riverside
Stagecoach, the country music festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, returns April 23–25, 2027, the weekend after Coachella closes. It is a single three-day weekend, which makes the planning simpler than Coachella: decide whether your crew wants one big day or all three, then pick the vehicle by headcount.
Three ways Inland Empire groups do Stagecoach
- The Saturday run. Everyone meets at one house in Riverside, Corona or Moreno Valley, rides out together, and rides home after the last set. Simple, and nobody has to find parking in Indio.
- Friday to Sunday. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the weekend: out on Friday, daily runs between your rental and the polo fields, home on Sunday night.
- Camping crews. Stagecoach has RV lots, unlike Coachella, and the two get confused all the time. If your group is camping on site, book the drive out at the start of the weekend and the ride home at the end.
The headcount decides the vehicle
For 14 to 20, the black Hummer H2 stretch or the Ford Excursion limo. Up to 14, the Mercedes-Benz party bus van. Bigger crews ride a party bus, with water and ice on board; guests 21 and over can bring their own drinks. Families or a small group with bags fit a Chevrolet Suburban for 8.
Before festival weekend
Stagecoach bookings carry an 8- to 12-hour minimum, and a Friday-to-Sunday booking is quoted as a written flat rate. At the festival, a chartered vehicle without a paid gate pass sets down at the public pick-up and drop-off at Madison Street and Avenue 52, so agree a return meeting point and time with your chauffeur in writing before the weekend. Gratuity is not included unless your quote says so; 15–20% is customary. Riverside Limousine is an independent charter company and is not affiliated with the festival or its shuttle.
